Hey surgical, the reason the book is in black and white is to cut down on the retail cost. To sell a 270 page color book on amazon would cost alot more than $14.95. However, if you purchase the paperback book, you will also get a website link with the full color pdf file. Plus, the website gets updated every so often with new wirings and information. So this book & ebook package is always getting bigger and better. In fact it was just updated last week.
if im wiring my own custom strat with 1 single coil 1 humbucker and 1 master volume knob, what needs to be wired to what to make both pickups play together and oerate off the same volume knob
when 2 single coils are wired in series, and one of the pickups is reverse wound/reverse polarity, then you will have a humbucker when both pickups are on. more output, no hum.
can i turn 2 single coil pickups into 1 humbucking pickup?
